Inter Company Despatch, or ICD as it is more popularly known, was established in 1984 to service the courier needs of the local retail and freight industries.

We are a division of Blair Consular Services Ltd, Europe’s oldest and largest consular agent, established over 40 years ago by Neil Blair, and still the market leader in consular and export documentation solutions, with offices in London and Washington D.C, U.S.A.

ICD is based in Staines, Middlesex, near Heathrow Airport and is ideally placed geographically to offer a full range of courier services for both the trade and retail customer. We remain very much a friendly, family firm and our small team of operations staff and drivers are driven by a passion for customer care and a goal to provide more tailored and cost effective courier support than is currently provided by the larger agents.

Both customer service personnel and couriers employed at ICD have gained experience to the highest levels within the courier industry, and are trained to Aviation Security Level 4 (Air Cargo Agents) Regulations 1993.
